Shipping & Returns
Shipping is available Australia wide. As every order is custom printed especially for you, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Free standard domestic shipping applies for all Australian orders.
You may choose Express shipping at checkout for an additional AU$20.
All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post. Please note that due to Covid-19 there may be delays in usual delivery times.
Shipping is available worldwide. As every order is custom printed, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
International shipping is from AU$25 to AU$60, depending on the destination and the size of your order, and is calculated at checkout.
All International orders are sent with DHL. Please note that due to Covid-19 there may be delays in usual delivery times. Please allow 4-6 weeks for International delivery at this time.
Unframed prints will be shipped in a recyclable cardboard tube or flat box, secured with paper tape, compostable stickers, and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper for protection of your print. Your print will arrive with care instructions and how to best handle the paper for framing, accompanied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Plastic has been consciously eliminated where possible, however prints delivered in tubes will have plastic sealed caps, which I have not been able to eliminate — yet!
- A4 and A3 prints will be delivered flat in a sturdy mailer.
- A2 and A1 prints will be delivered rolled in a mailing tube.
As every order is custom printed especially for you, all purchases of prints are final. Any requests for exchange or refund for change of mind cannot be accepted.
If in the unfortunate event your print arrives damaged whilst in transit, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your parcel by emailing: email@example.com, and provide photos of the damage. Please keep the print and all packaging as you may be required to return the original print to process your claim.
